April To-Do List

-Add Softener Salt
-Test Detectors
-Inspect Roof for any Winter Damage
-Clean Gutters
-Check Sump Pump (If Applicable)
-Replace Torn Window Screens
-Declutter a Room or Space
-Finish One Home Project

Let's Talk About – Replace Torn Window Screens:
April is the perfect time for home maintenance as the weather warms up and homeowners prepare for the months ahead. One essential task is replacing torn window screens, which play a crucial role in keeping insects out while allowing fresh air to circulate through the home. Damaged screens can also let in dust, pollen, and debris, reducing indoor air quality and making allergy season even more challenging. Taking the time to inspect and replace worn-out screens not only enhances comfort but also improves energy efficiency by allowing for natural ventilation, reducing the need for air conditioning. A little maintenance now can prevent bigger issues later, helping to keep your home in top shape for spring and summer.

Add these ideas to your monthly to-do list, to add a little *something extra* into your life
Loving where you live isn't all about the aesthetics of your home. It's how you live and move within the space! This frees you up to write the story about your life.
It doesn't have to be monumental or cost a lot of money.
-Decluttering (see more about my Spring it On Challenge) below. Organizing and simplifying your home actually plays a HUGE role in your mental health. Get things together little by little, and make it part of your life so it never gets too overwhelming again!
-Buy Concert Tickets! Schedule a concert into your schedule or make a Spotify playlist of your favorite songs. Music adds so much to life!
-Prep Breakfast! Do something today for your future self! We eat out an embarrassing amount because of convenience. One week, I prepped 24 breakfast sandwiches for us to pop in the airfryer and go. Usually I'd patty my own sausages and eventually I'd like to make english muffins from scratch. I figured taking one step to make life better this week is the right path.
What's a little something you can do this much to change things up?
