Before and afters are the BEST! This kitchen was refinished in two different grays, accenting the kitchen island.

Refresh your cabinets with paint! In this kitchen General Finishes milk paint was used in light gray, Seagull Gray, and dark gray, perfect gray.

I always use General Finishes milk paint for my projects.  In this instance I used Seagull Gray [for the perimeter cabinets], and Perfect Gray [for the island].

No need to replace your cabinets, that can be costly!  Just repaint them for years more of enjoyment.  This is can be a DIY cabinet project or you can hire a professional.

For a pop I refinished the island darker in Perfect Gray.  Both colors coordinate well with the existing countertops and hardware.

White appliances can be hard to coordinate cabinetry with…going with dark makes them stand out too much and white cabinets can make them look yellow but going with a lighter gray gives just the right amount of contrast between the two.
