Bathroom:

The homeowners wanted it to feel brighter/refreshed so we painted the cabinetry & trim, added a new light fixture and mirrors.  Something unique we did here is we actually flipped the globes of the vanity light to face up to take advantage of the wall height and leave more room for the mirrors.  This adjustment made a big difference!

Initially, we were going to install a glass shower door, however the walls were too far off of square and the previous contractor whom installed the shower surround did not account for the plumbing needed so we were not able to complete that part and a curtain was the solution.

Kitchen:

We made incremental updates to this kitchen including painting the existing cabinetry, painting the walls and removing the drop ceiling.  This project was unique in that all of the ceiling types were different throughout the home.  The dining room was popcorn, kitchen was drop ceiling, and the entry had fiber board. The goal was to make it cohesive with new lighting. We also had to adjust the cabinet above the fridge to accommodate a new one.

The wall color is a new one that we've never used before from Sherwin Williams called SW 7506 Loggia.  It might be a new favorite!
